We calculate the shipping price through the chart of international shipping services like UPS, DHL or FedEx. This hasn’t included tax that customers will mostlikely be charged upon receiving.

We accept all cards payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) with service fee equals 3.5% of the order value. If you order through our staff on WhatsApp, you can use other methods like: Bank USD transfer ($30 transfer fee), RIA( cash pickup), Money gram, Remitly, Transferwise

Delivery will include both processing time and shipping time. We’ll need about 2 weeks to make your order and another 1-2 weeks (sometimes more for certain remote area) to ship to you.

Every data of the customer is protected by a third party service, which is OnePay payment gate. We do not own, save or use any of your data for any other matters outside our transactions.

After ordering, our customer service staff will send the order to the factory and start your order on the same day that you make your payment. After finishing it, she will contact you through WhatsApp and send you the product’s video/picture. If you approve it, we will then send you the tracking code for your package.

Yes, the invoice will be sent to you automatically in your mail box right after you make your payment. If you need the invoice again, our customer service staff can send you through your WhatsApp.
