RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

I/ WHEN CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN GOODS?

Vietnamhairluxury Company agrees to return if:

1/ The product is not correct in texture, size, length, color, type, quantity.

2/ An unboxing video with no pauses, cuts, or edits is REQUIRED.

2/ Client informs the sales staffs product problems WITHIN 4 DAYS after receiving item (stated by shipping company system: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, POST OFFICE, EMS… or any other shipping services).

3/ Required conditions for the said products:

  • NO lace or adjustment band cutting
  • NO damaging
  • NO washing
  • NO hair cutting
  • NO dyeing or bleaching
  • NO alters/changes

ANY REQUEST WHICH DOES NOT FOLLOW AS DESCRIBED POLICY WILL NOT BE HONORED.

4/ Communication with sales staff:

Please contact seller when you have problem with items, we will be happy to solve as soon as possible. Return WITHOUT communication is REJECTED.

II/ HOW TO RETURN?

  • Product can only be returned to seller WITHIN 4 DAYS from the day after it is authorized for an exchange. After 4 days, we will assume that the customers satisfy with the products and no exchange is needed.
  • Return postage is on BUYER.
  • Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order OR it will be minus in your next order.
  • If the buyers purchase by Visa/Mastercard/Amex/etc., the refund will be sent to their bank account after 7-10 working days excluding weekends & holiday.
