Factors such as hair placement, curl formation, and the natural characteristics of human hair mean that no two handmade wigs can be replicated with absolute precision like machine-produced products. In addition, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings.

To ensure your satisfaction, once your order is completed, one of our sales representatives will send you detailed photos or videos of the finished product before shipping. If any reasonable adjustments are needed, we will make them before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you have reviewed and approved the final product.
